Samsung SM-G9298 Clamshell Phone Packs Dual Super AMOLED Displays & Snapdragon 821 SoC
Samsung is rumored to launch the flagship W2018 clamshell phone in China, but the company actually came up with a new device called SM-G9298 (a.k.a Leader 8)
It sports dual 4.2-inch Super AMOLED displays offering Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) resolution. These are the same set of displays that can be found on the W2017. Under the hood is the 64-bit Snapdragon 821 quad-core processor clocked at 2.15GHz and comes coupled with Adreno 530 GPU. It includes 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage that can be expandable up to 256GB via a MicroSD card slot. While the W2017 came with the Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow out of the box, the new SM-G9298 might run on the latest Android 7.0 Nougat with the customized TouchWiz UI on top.
