LG Q6 (Price in India – Rs. 14,990) LG introduced the FullVision display with 18:9 aspect ratio in the mid-range segment by launching the LG Q6, Q6 Plus, and Q6 Alpha smartphones. Out of the three devices, the LG Q6 was launched in the Indian market for Rs. 14,990 and will soon bring the LG Q6 Plus with more RAM and internal storage. The LG Q6 is exclusively sold through Amazon India and comes in Gold, Black, and Platinum color options. It sports an Aluminum frame, but the glossy finish body is made of plastic. On the front is a 5.5-inch Full HD+ display with 18:9 aspect ratio that offers higher screen-to-body ratio. After being in the rumors mills from the last few months, Moto X4 is now officially launched by Lenovo-owned Motorola at the ongoing IFA 2017 event. The Moto X4 will be the successor to Moto X Style launched in 2015. Unlike the earlier launched Moto smartphones, the new Moto X4 comes features curved Gorilla Glass 3 on the front and rear along with an anodized aluminum frame. It is priced at €399 and will go on sale this month in Europe. The global markets along with the U.S will get the Moto X4 later this year. The company has now filed a patent for the new under-glass acoustic fingerprint system. It looks like Apple is planning on fitting the next generation of iPhones with a unique kind of fingerprint scanners. No, not the iPhone 7s, 7s Plus or 8, but the generation after that. Vodafone India has announced a new data and voice combo pack for prepaid customers in Delhi-NCR. The new Rs. 392 recharge pack offers 1GB 4G data per day with unlimited calls for 28 days. Alongside, the company has also launched a new roaming pack for Rs. 198. Vodafone‘s new Rs. 392 plan is a revised version of its earlier pack that the company has been running so far. The operator’s latest move is probably coming in to counter the Reliance Jio, which provides its Dhan Dhana Dhan offer with more data benefits. The new Rs. 392 pack from Vodafone has benefits identical to the previous one. It will offer 1 GB 4G/3G data per day and unlimited voice calls including free local, STD and roaming calls for 28 days. WhatsApp may soon launch a new feature that will allow people to engage with businesses on the messaging app. The company had confirmed about the feature almost a year ago and now, the feature named WhatsApp for Business seems very close to a launch. Xiaomi has started rolling out the MIUI 9 global beta update for the second batch of smartphones. This will include a lot more Mi phones, such as the Mi Max 2, Mi 5, Mi 5s, and Redmi 4 etc. However, since it is the ‘Global Beta ROM’ and not the stable build, installing it comes with some potential issues.
